By using Alive Internet Theory, you agree to these terms. We've tried to keep them human-readable because we respect your time and intelligence.

Eligibility

To use Alive Internet Theory, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Be a real human (not a bot, AI, or automated system)
• Complete FaceID verification
• Agree to these terms and our privacy policy
• Not be banned from the platform for previous violations

Account Verification

Every user must verify their humanity through FaceID and behavioral analysis. Attempting to circumvent verification, create multiple accounts, or use automated tools will result in immediate termination.

Community Guidelines

We're building a space for authentic human connection. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post illegal content or incite violence
• Spam, scam, or engage in fraudulent activity
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Share others' private information without consent
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform

Content Ownership

You own your content. By posting on Alive Internet Theory, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and store your content as necessary to provide the service. You can delete your content at any time.

Membership and Payments

Membership details:

• All memberships include a 7-day free trial
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime through your account settings
• Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 30 days
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Moderation

Communities are moderated by their creators (Builder tier and above). We provide tools and guidelines, but community moderators have discretion within our overall community standards. We reserve the right to remove content or ban users who violate these terms.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in illegal activity, or threaten the safety of our community. Serious violations may result in permanent bans.

Disclaimers

Alive Internet Theory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for user-generated content or interactions between users.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alive Internet Theory and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app and via email (if provided). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
